Conquests are pleased to report that we have successfully relet the 3 office floors at 482 Bourke Street Melbourne. After the vacating of whole building tenant Zendesk, leasing agent Luke Conquest was tasked with securing new tenants for the three floors. At the recommendation of Luke, the owners proceeded with a basic refurb of each floor and an attractive marketing campaign. As a result Luke was able to lease two whole floors to a Family Law firm and one floor to a digital marketing company.

The new leases, along with a successful market review of the ground floor cafe represented a total of a $60,000 per annum increase over the previous rental for our clients.
