Vendor Advocacy Appointment

This year also saw Simon Conquest expanding on the companies vendor advocacy work, by being appointed by a Trustee acting on behalf of Protected Persons. The appointment of Simons role as as a Vendor’s Advocate requires Simon to engage a suitable selling Agent, agreement on marketing costs and placements, weekly reports leading up to Auction, attendance on the day of Auction and further negotiations when required. The new appointment has resulted in numerous sales throughout 2016 with 2017 already seeing two planned Auctions in February, where works required to prepare for sale are currently being carried out.

Simons 45+ years experience in all forms of Real Estate throughout Melbourne places him perfectly for this role.

Our clients can avail themselves of this service, obviously in instances when our Company is not the appointed selling agent.

Just another string to our bow.
